Our knowledgeable QA (Quality Assurance) team, together with our expert sales staff, reviews every material and customer specification at the quote stage to ensure we deliver the materials as per their specifications and needs.
The quality of all incoming materials sourced from our vendors is checked according to the raw material test certificate of the particular material, which is provided as per approved Quality Assurance Provisions (QAP). These test certificates include different key aspects such as mechanical properties, the chemical composition of the metal, hardness detail, and details of traceability record etc.
We also perform checking each batch size to ensure they have standard physical and chemical properties of the standard.
We have a team of many personnel committed strictly to quality control (QC). Thanks to the support of our strong QC team, the quality of our products is always follow Quality Assurance Plan throughout the entire processes – right from the procurement of materials from our vendors to their packing, storage, and transportation etc.
